Designer Kollektiv cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and carefully handle the information we have about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available for commercial purposes third parties. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Designer Kollektiv. The starting date for the validity of these conditions is 24/05/2018, the publication of a new version voids the validity of all previous versions. This privacy policy describes which data about you is collected by us, what this this data is used for and with whom and under what conditions this information can possibly be shared with third parties. We also explain to you how we do store your data and how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have in relation to the personal data you provide us with. Webshop software

Designer Kollektiv

Our webshop was developed with software from Designer Kollektiv. Personal data that you provide for our benefit services made available to us are shared with this party. Designer Kollektiv has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Designer Kollektiv is obliged, on the basis of the agreement that we have concluded with them, to make suitable arrangements take security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Designer Kollektiv uses cookies to collect technical information with regard to your use of the software, no personal data is collected and / or stored. Designer Kollektiv reserves the right to share collected data within the company to to further improve services.



Web hosting

TransIP

We accept web hosting and e-mail services from TransIP. TransIP processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for their own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. TransIP has appropriate technical and organizational measures taken to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. TransIP is obligated by agreement to be confidential with your data.



E-mail and mailing lists

TransIP

We use the services of TransIP for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has appropriate technical and organizational measures taken to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. TransIP does not have access to our mailbox and we handle all our e-mail traffic confidential.



Payment processors

Mollie

To handle a (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve services and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data are also of apply to the parts of Mollie's service for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not save your data for longer than the allowed by legal deadlines.



Invoicing and accounting

Exact

For our records of our administration and accounting we use the services of Exact. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for managing sales invoices. For our records of our administration and accounting we make use of Exact services. Your personal data are sent and saved protected. Exact is required to maintain confidentiality and your information will be kept confidential to treat. Exact does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

We only use your data for the benefit of our services. The goal of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your information for (focused) marketing. We keep your information as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your client profile until you state that you no longer wish to use our services. We will keep this information for as long as the applicable term is in effect. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we send to you have commissioned.

If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation that the data is no longer processed until you cancel the restriction.

You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted we will send you copies of all information about you that we know to you on the e-mail address known to us. Right of objection and other rights
